Charlotte is a former head teacher with over twenty years of experience in teaching, educational leadership, and programme management in the UK and international schools.

Alongside her professional work, Charlotte supports educational initiatives that broaden young people's horizons. She helped launch Generating Genius – a charity that supports disadvantaged students to study STEM subjects at university. In Ghana, she ran the Dare to Dream project in rural schools to raise children’s educational aspirations and set up the Big Sister Little Sister girls mentoring programme.

Charlotte has a master’s degree in Social Justice and Education from Institute of Education, UCL, and is passionate about supporting all young people to fulfil their potential.

Rebecca is a mother, educator, play therapist, child and adolescent psychotherapist, family coach and education consultant.

She began her career 20 years ago as an early year’s specialist in schools. This led to work within social services supporting vulnerable children and their families and then teaching in the state and independent sector. In September 2007, she retrained as a child and adolescent psychotherapist and more recently qualified as a play therapist and family coach.

Katherine is a lawyer with over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry and in her role, has mentored and trained young lawyers to reach their potential. She is currently Head of the Law Group in the UK and Ireland for RBC’s Investor and Treasury Services business.

Katherine is also a mentor at The Girls’ Network, a non-profit organization whose aim is to empower girls from the least advantaged communities by connecting them with a mentor and a network of professional female role models.

Katherine has a B.A. (English Literature, First Class Honours) as well as a BCL/LLB (First Class Honours) from McGill University.
